We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global Building Automation Services Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our building automation services on a global scale. As the Global Building Automation Services Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our building automation solutions worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while enhancing efficiency and sustainability in building operations.

This position will be remote supporting the East Coast of the US. 

As a Global Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our Building Automation Services, including creating marketing campaigns, content, and collateral
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Units, Countries, Communications, and Offer Marketing, to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectives
  • Define and communicate the value proposition for our building automation solutions, highlighting their unique features and benefits
  • Lead the strategic narrative for building automation services, providing guidance to demand generation and sales teams in positioning and promoting our offerings
  • Create customer-centric content for various channels, including digital assets, sales collateral, whitepapers, and event materials
  • Use market, customer, and competitive insights to drive marketing initiatives and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct research to gather actionable insights and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with global and remote teams to translate marketing strategies into effective campaigns and ensure consistent messaging
  • Promote Siemens Building Automation Services and contribute to positioning Siemens as a leader in the industry
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing best practices and benchmarking to continually improve marketing activities

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:  

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing position
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship 
  • This position will be remote supporting the East Coast of the US.  Only candidates that currently reside in EST or CST will be considered for the role. 
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time (global & international)

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 5 years of experience in the building automation industry
  • Certifications in marketing or building automation services would be advantageous
  • Understanding of building automation concepts, practices, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans on a global scale
  • Experience in creating impactful marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences
  • Proficient in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools for demand generation
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 plus an annual incentive target. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
