We’re seeking a hands-on Data & AI Business Partner who thrives on execution and is passionate about implementing strategy, solving complex problems, and driving continuous improvement for finance, sales, marketing and customer success. This role involves close collaboration across teams to operationalize our internal data and AI roadmap, deliver scalable solutions, and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
What you will do
Execute and Evolve Data & Analytics Operations
- Implement and refine the internal data & analytics operations model to support evolving business needs and priorities.
- Ensure alignment with Siemens’ global data standards to maintain consistency, quality, and accessibility across systems.
Deliver Practical AI Solutions
- Collaborate with the Siemens Data & AI teams to operationalize the internal AI strategy through real-world applications by utilizing the data & AI platform.
- Lead the adoption of AI and automation tools across departments, driving measurable results and efficiency.
Translate Data into Business Value
- Coordinate and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that empower teams to make informed decisions.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner with finance, sales, marketing, HR, and customer success teams to understand goals and co-create tailored solutions.
- Support shared ownership of outcomes through strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Monitor performance metrics and find opportunities to optimize tools, processes, and workflows.
- Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and iterative improvement across the organization.
Ensure Responsible and Ethical AI Use
- Apply Siemens’ AI and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure secure, ethical, and compliant data practices.
- Lead change management efforts and provide support to encourage adoption of AI tools and practices.
What you need
- 5-10 years of experience in data operations, analytics, AI implementation, or business intelligence.
- 3–5 years in a leadership or strategic execution role with a strong focus on hands-on delivery.
- Demonstrate ability to implement data and AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in complex, matrixed environments with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
- A growth mindset and a passion for learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Your Technical Toolkit
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Data Build Tool).
- Master the art of prompt engineering; familiarity with AI/ML tools such as Azure ML, TensorFlow or similar is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Snowflake, Collibra, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Expertise in Power BI, Qlik, or similar data visualization.

The pay range for this position is $120,540 - $206,640 and the annual incentive target is 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
