Responsibilities encompass sales controlling, performance measurement, planning, forecasting, and reporting. The CPM will partner with Customers, Suppliers, Project Managers, Engineers, Sales, Procurement, Legal Finance colleagues, and internal and external Auditors.</p><p><strong>We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. For highly qualified candidates, remote work may also be considered.</strong> <span> </span>The candidate must have a strong business acumen, communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and provide financial leadership in this role. The position reports to the Commercial Lead of Programs Vertical.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Project Controlling:</strong></p><ul>  <li>Full      ownership of project P&amp;L responsibility and cash ﬂow performance.</li>  <li>Responsibilities      including volume and profitability monitoring and ensuring cost over-runs      are addressed.</li>  <li>Lead      project status reviews and NCC Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure      feedback is provided to key stakeholders.</li>  <li>Prepare      accurate Forecast of Profit and Loss Statement, Statement of Financial      Position (balance sheet), and Cash Flow on a yearly and monthly basis      analyzing and keeping record of FC assumptions to explain deviations to      make sure forecast goals are attained.</li>  <li>Collaborate      with Factory/Operations to ensure profitability deviations between planned      and actual cost are identified and corrective measures are executed.</li> </ul><p><strong>Risk Management:</strong></p><ul>  <li>Partner      with key stakeholders in identifying, reporting, avoiding or mitigating      non-conformance costs; supports the implementation of lessons learned into      own project and the organization in general.</li>  <li>Active      management of risk registry to ensure financial recognition of business      exposure.</li> </ul><p><strong>Commercial</strong>:</p><ul>  <li>Act as      commercial partner to Project Management Organization educating project      managers in financial and compliance topics.</li>  <li>Ensure      effective communication with all relevant internal and external      stakeholders such as Business Management, customers, suppliers.</li>  <li>Ensuring      proactive management of backlog and optimization of milestone schedule to      maximize free cash flow.</li>  <li>Support      PMO in dispute management.</li>  <li>Seek      out opportunities for digitalization in finance to promote innovation      within our standard reporting and closing processes.</li> </ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications: </strong></p><ul>  <li>Bachelors      degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related Business      degree.</li>  <li>3 plus      years working in a finance role with knowledge of Accounting principles in      alignment with Financial Reporting Guidelines, International Financial      Reporting Guidelines and US GAAP.</li>  <li>Proficient      in SAP</li> </ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p><ul>  <li>Experience      in Financial Planning and Controlling.</li>  <li>Ability      to read and interpret contract conditions.</li>  <li>Understanding      of Percentage of Completion accounting method and project controlling      requirements (accurate risk and opportunity management).</li>  <li>Demonstrated      ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fluid environment      with strong detail orientation.</li>  <li>Strong      interpersonal and communication skills.</li>  <li>Demonstrated      ability to lead reporting process improvements with digitalization tools      such as but not limited to Tableau and Knime Analytics.</li>  <li>MBA or      advanced degree</li>  <li>5+ years of experience leading projects in financial/commercial capacity.</li> </ul><div>You will benefit from : </div><div><span><br /></span></div><div><span>Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
