We are looking for a passionate Clinical Education Specialist in Nuclear Medicine and Computed Tomography clinical imaging system reporting to our Education Service ManagerYour tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver high quality end-user training to customers as on the assigned diagnostic imaging via an hybrid approach, onsite or virtual.</li><li>Passionately represent Siemens Healthineers in front of the customer aiming to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceptional customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up trainings.</li><li>Support and assist customer to optimize the performance of the equipment in their clinical and operational setting. </li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.</li><li>Demonstrate the value of our products and services during pre-sales and post-sales activities in collaboration with our sales and marketing departments including trades and congresses. </li><li>Collaborate with commercial department to develop our customer’s needs.</li><li>Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.  </li><li>Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs expanding and localizing education content.</li><li>Comply with reporting and good documentation practice. </li></ul>Your qualifications and experience:<ul><li>Education: BSc in radiology, diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy techniques.</li><li>Expert knowledge in radiology: imaging principles, physical principles, technological principles.</li><li>Proven experience as a radiographer, clinical trainer, or application specialist in the usage of CT, PET, SPECT/CT imaging systems.</li><li>Preferred candidates possess proven track record with Siemens Healthineers equipment.</li><li>Preferably located in Southern Italy.</li></ul>Your attributes and skills:<ul><li>Willingness to travel in the Italian territory up to 80%.</li><li>Passion for medical products and technology. </li><li>Customer-focused approach.</li><li>Self-starter and self-motivated.</li><li>Excellent time-management</li><li>Strong organization skills</li><li>Exceptional communication skills together with presenter/trainer skills also in virtual/remote set up.</li><li>Excellent teamwork.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>Our global team: We are a team of 68,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
