The ideal candidate should be an experienced team-builder and motivator with a strong background in electrical equipment solutions and data-driven sales operations.This role focuses on driving top-line and EBITDA growth through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of direct sales strategies. The position requires consistent support from accounts to deliver profitable growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
