Now, were looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Workday Finance Analyst to join our team and support our continued success.The Role: As a Workday Finance Analyst, youll have the chance to make a significant impact by working closely with teams across our Finance organization. Youll be the go-to expert on Workday Finance, helping us streamline processes, enhance automation, and ensure operational efficiency.What Youll Do:<ul><li>Be the subject matter expert on Workday Finance, maintaining key modules like Accounting, Procurement, Billing, AP, and Tax.</li><li>Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite) to provide insights to finance and business teams across the company.</li><li>Configure and maintain critical finance business processes, such as Procure to Pay and Accounting Journals.</li><li>Manage monthly ledger close processes and EIB loads.</li><li>Support system enhancements and maintain Adaptive Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing.</li><li>Lead semi-annual Workday Release reports and regression testing.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and present change management updates.</li><li>Monitor and resolve Workday-related tickets via JIRA to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>What Were Looking For:<ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on Workday configuration.</li><li>A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.</li><li>A strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.</li><li>Experience with Adaptive and/or Workday Strategic Sourcing (preferred).</li><li>Workday Pro Certification is a plus!</li></ul>Why Shutterstock:<ul><li>You have a direct impact on the success of the company. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.   The pay range for this position is below:    • 85,000 - 100,000 per year in New Jersey     • 85,000 - 100,000 per year in New YorkNote: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission).
