Position Overview: Shields Health Solutions is looking to hire a Business Insight Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Business Insights, to support the development of a new analytics suite and lay the foundation for providing actionable, tailored insights to stakeholders. The Analyst will collaborate directly with senior Technology, Strategy, and Operations leaders to document requirements for the product, assist in ETL development, refine its user experience, support the execution of go-to-market strategy and partner with stakeholders to identify insight in the data. The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL and Excel skills, experience working in a high-growth, client-focused environment, and is an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
