The ideal candidate will thrive in SharkNinja’s fast-moving culture — balancing rigor with pragmatism, and using data not only to measure performance but to influence decisions and spark the next opportunity.  Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li>KPI Measurement: Define and track the metrics that matter, ensuring media activity is measured against clear goals. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Cross-Channel Optimization: Partner with internal teams and agencies to pivot strategies based on real-time insights. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Decision Support: Enable rapid decision-making by contributing to MMM, attribution, and incrementality testing with a focus on actionable takeaways. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Signal Detection: Proactively identify signals, anomalies, or emerging patterns in media and market data to flag risks or opportunities before they escalate. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Macro Analysis: Assess how media investment contributes not just to channel-level optimization but to overall business efficiency and growth. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Reporting &amp; Dashboards: Build and maintain concise, audience-appropriate dashboards that highlight what’s working, what isn’t, and where to act next. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Insights to Action: Translate complex data into compelling stories that lead to concrete recommendations and immediate adjustments. </li> </ul> Attributes &amp; Skills  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in marketing analytics within a consumer-driven industry. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong grasp of both digital performance channels and traditional media measurement. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams to act on insights quickly. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to simplify complexity, focusing on insights that drive business impact. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers at all levels. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities. </li> </ul> Work Environment  This is a primarily on-site role based in Needham, MA (HQ), with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week. <div><div> Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
