Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 3,600+ associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.    </div>SharkNinja are looking for a Website Merchandising Manager to join the SharkNinja D2C team in Madrid, Spain!  This will initially be a 6 month contract Reporting to the Country Ecommerce Manager, you will contribute towards the success of the D2C/Ecommerce business in Spain by managing our online content, range availability, and overall digital consumer experience.  Sales through our digital channels are a key part of our continued growth strategy and you will have the opportunity to develop a career in this market leading space. This role will be an integral part in our fast growing and progressive D2C department. The ideal candidate will bring digital marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, and trading knowledge as well as a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour.  Key Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Ownership of all D2C Merchandising and Content activities for the brands, supporting the Country Ecommerce Manager </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Owning the new product launches process in alignment with GTM, from beginning to end: from sourcing product information to an efficient product merchandising post-launch </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Overseeing planning and implementation of all Ecommerce promotional activity and daily pricing updates </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensuring best in class digital content is presented across our D2C websites   </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitoring day-to-day websites activity, considering the consumer journey </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Driving sales and conversions across the sites through development of the e-merchandising strategy &amp; trade plan, whilst managing gross margin and forecast attainment </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Identifying trading risks &amp; opportunities and communicating them to the wider business </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Reporting on websites performance, and taking action to deliver improvements </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support other members of the EU e-Merchandising team, setting expectations and establishing best practices and process improvements as appropriate </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Supporting with general site content management, UATs, monitoring competitors activities, etc. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Optimising onsite content for SEO to drive organic visibility, traffic, and conversions </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Managing the local CRM/Email marketing strategy </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Other Ecommerce-related tasks as defined by Country Ecommerce Manager </li> </ul> In this role, you will be:  <ul> <li>Working collaboratively with D2C teams and wider business, leading Merchandising strategy discussions, and building promotional and campaign activation plans </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Reviewing online content before go-live to ensure its effectiveness and managing detail-oriented optimisations to drive continuous improvements and maximise sales opportunities </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Reporting on sales performance, pricing, gross margin and forecast attainment in key product categories, analysing &amp; presenting data and insights to stakeholders </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Building relationships with stakeholders to develop effective trading plans for the D2C business and achieve key deliverables on focus initiatives  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitoring inventory levels and prices to ensure product availability through D2C sites </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Driving value-add activity to optimise sales metrics, increasing profitability and average selling price across the brands </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Connecting with wider EMEA teams to implement best practices, A/B tests and brand new features </li> </ul>   Skills &amp; Experience:  <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of Ecommerce, the digital environment and consumer journey  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>3 years+ experience in a similar role with experience in e-Merchandising, Digital Sales &amp; online commercial trading </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrate initiative and ability to react to change in a fast-paced environment, working independently as well as part of a team (local and remote teams) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams, making active contributions to drive key objectives </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Self-starter with effective time management and organisation skills </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and interpretation of commercial sales data </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Prior experience in analytics platforms &amp; performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, PowerBI) </li> </ul> In certain locations, this position will be hired and employed through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR).
