This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the </span><b>Intake and Engagement Manager. </b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This role is ideally suited for a candidate who has training and experience in direct care in reproductive health or maternal health; someone who is empathetic, motivated and willing to support our patients one-on-one to get the care they deserve. If youre an experienced maternal health professional with a strong commitment to our mission, we want to hear from you. Join us in paving the way for expanded access to high-quality maternal mental healthcare!</span></div><h3>What youll do</h3><ul><li>Conduct 20 minute phone consults with prospective patients for 15-17 hours/wk. which involve: screening them for fit with our care model, normalizing what they are experiencing, explaining how therapy works, answering questions, checking their insurance eligibility, and signing them up for the platform. </li><li>Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines, engaging patients and scheduling them for their phone consult.</li><li>Manage patient outreach initiatives including call, SMS and email</li><li>Assist patients with intake form completion</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. </li><li>Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and organizational changes.</li><li>Propose updates to key processes as needed to maintain them. </li></ul><h3>Who you are</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus</li><li>2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices</li></ul><h3>Must Haves</h3><ul><li>Ability to work PST hours (9am or 10am PST start time)</li><li>Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care.  </li><li>Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles</li></ul><div><i>Seven Starling is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
