As part of the logistics support team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the most efficient transportation, accommodation, and meal options for workers during their consular process and transit, from their home to the work site. This role requires fundamental knowledge in areas such as strategic planning and management. Responsibilities: Planning and Budgeting <ul> <li>Clearly understand the details of a set of clients and provide viable options based on their needs, preferences, budget, and expectations</li> <li>Offer expert advice on routes, transportation modes, and additional services</li> <li>Optimize the best use of resources (e.g., bus capacity utilization), balancing it with a high-quality experience for workers</li> </ul> Logistical Execution <ul> <li>Coordinate multiple vendors involved in each contract to ensure workers receive their services as expected</li> <li>Manage all aspects of travel booking and documentation, including itineraries, room lists, and tickets </li> <li>Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with legal requirements and travel policy</li> <li>Constant real-time monitoring of each vendor to ensure timely delivery</li> <li>Last-minute adjustments and incident management</li> <li>Keep clients informed of any significant changes during the workers travel</li> </ul> Support with Suppliers and Strategic Partners <ul> <li>Conduct market research to identify potential partners, negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and prices, and continuously assess and optimize the performance and reliability of these partnerships</li> <li>Review Invoices and Operational Reports</li> <li>Work with the finance team to ensure that invoices reflect the initial agreements and any changes throughout different trips</li> </ul> Continuous Improvement <ul> <li>We are always learning and improving.
