You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design compelling materials that tell our story, capture attention, and move audiences to action. Your work will span everything from digital campaigns to large-scale event backdrops, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand presence across every touchpoint. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of projects including product launches, web design, and multimedia campaigns. We are willing to consider part-time or full-time consultants based on availability.  Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for print, digital, and experiential channels</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create assets for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives</li> <li>Maintain and evolve Seso’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials</li> </ul> This could include:  <ul> <li>Digital Assets</li> <ul> <li>Web design</li> <li>Email, social media, and video graphics</li> <li>Slide presentations</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Physical/Print Collateral</li> <ul> <li>Branded swag and gifts</li> <li>Event graphics (e.g., banners, business cards, posters)</li> <li>Sales one-pagers and printouts</li> </ul> </ul>   Skillset <ul> <li>3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a SaaS startup, or marketing agency environment</li> <li>Expert in Figma, Framer, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite</li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across print, digital, and experiential mediums</li> <li>Excellent visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout</li> <li>Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment</li> <li>Fluency in English necessary; ability to speak Spanish a plus</li> <li>Video and motion graphics experience a plus</li> </ul> Compensation based on experience and location.
