You will provide technical leadership for the new breed of AI-native products, measure and drive adoption with the engineers, ensuring successful outcomes and value. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, fast learner, adept problem-solver, and full stack Engineer with deep knowledge in how to build AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive the design and architecture of ML system, including prompt generation strategies and integration with Snowflake data warehouses.</li><li>Own the development and optimization of AI solution design and algorithms, ensuring high-quality outputs and scalability.</li><li>Lead the implementation and maintenance of process, automation, and data solutions for data platform and analysis with various tools and libraries.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables.</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches into our technical solutions.</li><li>Worked in the agile dev life cycle and understands best practices for software development and project management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field with a min of 8+ years of experience in building full stack AI applications</li><li>Extensive experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks, such as GenAI models, ML algorithms, Deep learning understanding</li><li>Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLM performance. Hands-on expertise with leading models such as GPT, Claude, and open-source alternatives.</li><li>Advanced level hands on experience with Py, SQL, thorough working experience with AI and GenAI models and libraries etc.</li><li>Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing solutions, including data design, performance tuning etc.</li><li>Expertise in SQL programming, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance</li><li>Proven experience as a lead engineer with a strong track record of leading successful AI and data engineering projects</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Fast learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively</li></ul>Good to have:<ul><li>Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Familiarity with UX frameworks</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
