Our mission is to ensure the quality of a suite of tools that provide visibility into and management of IT infrastructure, cloud resources, and services—reducing outages and improving operational efficiency. We leverage automation, AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations), and machine learning to help organizations proactively predict issues, optimize resource allocation, automate workflows, and evolve from a reactive to a proactive support model.What you’ll get to do in this role:<ul><li>Maintain, enhance, and scale existing automation test frameworks.</li><li>Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics from test executions to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers to design targeted testing strategies for new features and implement effective automation.</li><li>Create, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans across multiple environments.</li><li>Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and improve the stability and performance of applications and dev/test environments.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>8+ years professional experience in quality assurance or application development and in leading quality efforts within a scrum team of 4-6 QE engineers</li><li>8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience in Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG, JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git</li><li>Experience with different testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect</li><li>Advanced working knowledge and ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks</li><li>Experience driving cross-team technical discussions with an understanding of SDLC concepts</li></ul>  For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $129,300 - $226,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
