This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. </li><li> 10+ years of overall experience with application development experience on ServiceNow platform</li><li> Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Business Service Management Solutions, Platform, Administration, Customizations and Scripting</li><li>In-depth understanding of workspace development, service portal, application development, and related customizations.</li><li>Technical command on AngularJS 1.5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, HTML5, XML/JSON, Rest Services and conversant with AngularJS 2+, React and charting library such as HighChart and D3JS</li><li>Sound programming fundamentals with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in coding, scripting, debugging</li></ul>SHOULD have<ul><li>Service Now System Administration, Performance Analytics and similar certifications</li><li>Understanding Data and Analytics, Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, Dashboard etc.</li><li>Experience in creating reports, dashboards, alternate visualizations, validating data integrity and ability to trouble shoot and fix issues is an added advantage.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required</li></ul>NICE to have<ul><li>Ability to understand business needs and translate them to technical requirements and solutions</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills and be self-directed and independent.</li><li>Enthusiastic about developing state of the art solutions</li><li>Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment</li><li>ITIL Certification is a plus</li></ul>We provide competitive compensation, generous benefits and a professional atmosphere.
