Ultimately, we strive to make the world work better for our employees and customers when you work in ServiceNow Digital Technology, you work for them.What you get to do in this role:  <ul><li>Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable applications/solutions in the realm of Connected Customer Experience (CCX) working closely with Engineering and product teams</li><li>Technical Leadership<ul><li>Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Java-based applications, using ServiceNow Platform &amp; other cloud platforms</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the team adopts best practices and remains at the forefront of technical innovation.</li><li>Work closely with architects and senior developers to define technical architecture and ensure adherence to best practice coding standards</li></ul></li><li>Team Management<ul><li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members</li></ul></li><li>Project Management<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to drive successful project outcomes</li><li>Manage resources effectively, balancing project priorities and team workloads</li><li>Facilitate communication within the team and across departments, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals</li></ul></li><li>Cloud Technologies<ul><li>Demonstrate expertise in SaaS platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimal cloud-based solutions, preferably ServiceNow.</li><li>Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud hosted applications</li><li>Contribute to the design and implementation of new CCX products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite</li><li>Adoption of Agentic and Gen AI solutions to deliver customer grade experience</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>15 years of related experience building &amp; leading delivery of multiple enterprise-grade applications</li><li>Strong demonstrated ability of leading &amp; managing engineering or application teams for at-least 3 years</li><li>Leading Full Stack Development teams (expertise in end-end application development, maintenance, &amp; deployment covering all backend and UI/UX aspects)</li><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
