This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>10+ years’ experience managing a team of field-based sales or solution sales representatives in a matrixed sales environment in the enterprise software space to enterprise customers</li><li>Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships in complex enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong background in consulting or strategic advisory roles.</li><li>Deep Industry-specific experience in Healthcare Payers and Providers </li><li>Ability to translate customer challenges into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills.</li><li>A strong track record of driving significant business growth through value-based engagement.</li></ul> FD21For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $170,340 - $281,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
