Implement recovery workflows for any disruption or disaster. Our products support a range of needs, including streamlining continuity planning, disaster recovery, and crisis response.      As a Software Engineer, you’ll focus on building tools that support operational resilience. This includes understanding the impact of disruptions like power outages on business assets and downtime. The work falls under a broader concept called Continuous Planning, which connects across multiple areas such as Business Continuity Management, Recovery Management, and IT incident response, like a website or data center outage.   A Typical Day in This Role: <ul><li>Join daily standups with your Scrum team to align on stories and blockers </li><li>Pair with a developer to review a pull request or debug a tricky integration </li><li>Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine acceptance criteria for a feature </li><li>Implement a backend API using JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform and/or develop a UI component using react-like technology. </li><li>Review schema changes in a SQL database design meeting </li><li>Write or run unit and integration tests for new functionality </li><li>Participate in architecture syncs or system design reviews with IC3+ engineers </li><li>Wrap up with a retrospective or sprint planning session </li></ul>What You’ll Do in This Role: <ul><li>Youll be part of a Scrum team working full-stack—back-end and front-end—collaborating on development stories tied to clearly defined deliverables. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
