This role is focused on driving solution architecture, exploring emerging technology trends, and solving complex business challenges through creative and scalable engineering solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of GTM platforms that support our global Marketing and Sales organizations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and lead solution architecture for GTM platforms including marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer engagement systems.</li><li>Evaluate and apply emerging technology trends to enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain microservices and API-first architectures in cloud-native environments.</li><li>Embed AI-first principles into engineering solutions to drive automation and personalization.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration across CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS, and Martech ecosystems.</li><li>Champion CI/CD, DevOps, and agile practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality.</li><li>Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.</li><li>Lead technical problem-solving efforts and challenge conventional thinking to deliver impactful outcomes.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>12+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on solution architecture and system design.</li><li>Expertise in cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.</li><li>Strong background in API-first and microservices architecture.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and agile methodologies.</li><li>Proven ability to solve complex technical problems creatively and effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with AI/ML platforms and embedding intelligence into GTM workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and Martech ecosystems.</li><li>Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and solutions, including workflow automation and data fabric capabilities.</li><li>Background in data engineering or digital experience platforms.</li><li>Strong results orientation and a mindset for challenging the status quo.</li></ul>Join ServiceNow to be part of a team that is redefining how we go to market.
