Ultimately, we strive to make the world work better for our employees and customers when you work in ServiceNow Digital Technology, you work for them.What you get to do in this role:   <ul><li>Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable applications/solutions in the realm of Connected Customer Experience (CCX) working closely with Engineering and product teams</li><li>Developing across the full stack of Web technologies - JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, SQL, AI products</li><li>Working in a Scrum-based Agile development process that is focused on engineering excellence</li><li>Work with the CCX product owners, Solution Architects &amp; other stakeholders to understand requirements and own your code from design, implementation, and test automation - targeted towards delivery of high-quality product to our customers</li><li>Implement software that is simple to use, to allow customers adopt and configure the functionality to meet their specific needs</li><li>Contribute to the design and implementation of new CCX products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite</li><li>Motivate and inspire fellow team members to find innovative solutions, utilizes design thinking and prototypes to test new ideas and solutions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience, or an advanced degree with 8 years of full stack development  (expertise in end-end application development, maintenance, &amp; deployment covering all platform and UI/UX aspects)</li><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
