This is an exciting opportunity on a newly formed team building a new product from scratch!We’re assembling a new, cross-functional team to build a next-generation product powered by cutting-edge AI technologies. As part of this early-stage initiative, you’ll help shape not just the product, but the team, culture, and roadmap from the ground up. What you get to do in this role:<ul><li>Full Stack Engineer with good experience in JavaScript and server-side JavaScript technologies to join our application engineering team. </li><li>Design, build, and deploy software for a brand-new AI-driven product.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI researchers to turn early concepts into working prototypes and scalable systems.</li><li>Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs) into a user-facing product.</li><li>Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable UI code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)</li><li>Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.</li><li>Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs</li><li>Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite</li><li>Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing</li><li>Focus on highly reusable and modular UI/UX frontend components and patterns to accelerate other development teams and customers</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>Experience integrating or working with AI/ML models (eg. LLM)</li><li>6+ years of experience in full stack development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.</li><li>Solid understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React</li><li>Passion for JavaScript, the Web as a platform, and building reusable, component-driven architectures.</li><li>Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.</li><li>Strong design, collaboration and communication skills to work cross-team around the org.</li><li>This role is a flexible work persona, requiring a minimum of 2 days in office in our Santa Clara headquarters location</li><li>This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
