We need someone with skills in IAM including, PAM (Privileged Access Management), IGA (Identity, Governance and Administration), software development, and technical program leadership. Define, develop, and lead a world-class program team intended to align security controls based on business drivers, and risk.</li><li>Drive security-related operational architecture and infrastructure changes to achieve the targeted security IAM standards.</li><li>Report on ServiceNow IAM posture against established security metrics, and continually improve measured metrics.</li><li>Foster collaboration and delivery of dependencies for the next gen IAM programs operation.</li><li>Lead key project-based technical initiatives that improve overall ServiceNow IAM security posture.</li><li>Serve as a thought leader and technical advisor to stakeholders on identity-related risks, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Provide status and knowledge sharing to all partners – while incorporating feedback on vision and delivery.</li><li>Engage with risk and compliance teams across the organization to ensure a cohesive and meaningful IAM strategy is in place.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:<ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. </li><li>Track record in driving delivery of complex technical IAM security programs across large organizations</li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering — including 5+ years in technical leadership or senior management roles</li><li>Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale IAM programs across complex, global environments.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex IAM technical security details regardless of the audiences background</li><li>Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive execution under tight deadlines.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks; infrastructure, IAM applications, security risks and their mitigations</li><li>Knowledge and experience with IAM design and modeling including risk assessment both at the application and organizational level.</li><li>Planning, organizing, and negotiating skills across a large global organization</li><li>Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodology and in many facets of technical security and computing (mobile, servers, clients, web, cloud, etc.)</li><li>Technical security experience in IAM products, protocols, access control mechanisms, data tier protections, and compliance highly valued</li><li>Cloud and Mobile experience good to have as we have a large mobile end user presence</li></ul>#SecurityJobs <h3>Additional Information</h3>Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
