Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.<h3>Job Description</h3>What you get to do in this role:Fuel ServiceNow’s Innovation Engine by:<ul><li>Working across our Legal team, business executives, and other functions to bring strategic products, services, and programs to market</li><li>Providing scalable programmatic support for geographic &amp; vertical market expansion of hyperscaler offerings</li><li>Supporting acquisitions and investments through due diligence, deal closure and GTM planning</li><li>Ensuring the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in place for strategic offerings and enabling internal teams to help understand and sell using those terms</li><li>Assisting our Contracts and Legal teams by answering complex deal questions by creating playbooks and reference materials</li><li>Providing agile processes and insightful business guidance</li><li>Managing and mentoring a team of contracts managers and professionals</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>8+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal role in the technology field with software/SaaS experience preferred</li><li>Leadership experience at the manager or senior manager level.</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects and/or contracts</li><li>Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes</li><li>Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions</li><li>Strong analytical abilities and business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written</li><li>Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines</li><li>Program management experience a plus</li><li>BS/MS in Legal Studies; MBA Business Administration, or related fields a plus</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
