Solve for challenges users tell us they have.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, copywriting, or related field; B2B experience preferred  </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience  </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid understanding of English grammar, structure, and punctuation  </li><li>Working knowledge of design principles and methods, and tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, Invision)</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
