This hybrid position, akin to a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), focuses on architecting secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow NOW Platform for financial services clients.   The role requires deep knowledge of regulatory and audit matters (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, and FINRA), hands-on experience with platform architecture, and the ability to engage C-level executives to align technical solutions with business objectives. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or information security, with at least 5 years in the financial services sector. </li><li>Proven track record in pre-sales, customer-facing roles, delivering complex solutions to C-level stakeholders. </li><li>Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Now Platform, including ITSM, Service Portal, and integration development. </li><li>Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and data technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Snowflake schemas). </li><li>Deep understanding of regulatory and audit requirements in financial services (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, FINRA, SEC Rule 17a-4, CDMC). </li></ul> Technical Skills:  <ul><li>Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Talend). </li><li>Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling (e.g., star schemas, snowflake schemas), and data warehousing. </li><li>Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra) and cloud-native architectures. </li><li>Familiarity with security practices, including encryption, data masking, and identity management. </li><li>Familiarity with networking capabilities including CSP networking technologies (eg.
