You will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth organization that is delivering against one of ServiceNow’s biggest priorities.This is an individual contributor role operationally supporting a sales team to achieve their business objectives and quota.In this role, you will:<ul><li>Be the strategic analytics partner for sales analytics, insights, reporting and dashboard our hyperscaler (AWS, Google, Microsoft) business</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Own sales data analytics and reporting for all 3 of our hyperscaler relationships (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure).<ul><li>Pipeline analysis</li><li>Deal and Market analysis</li><li>Hyperscaler propensity analysis</li><li>Customer / Partner analysis</li><li>Migration / Margin analysis</li><li>Contractual obligation compliance reporting</li><li>Quarterly Business Results (QBR)</li><li>Other ad hoc analysis and reports as needed</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Engineering, Legal, Marketing, NPI, Investment Relations, and other internal organizations on hyperscaler data and analytics requests.</li><li>Educate and enable stakeholders to use available reporting tools and dashboards.</li><li>Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain robust reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Drive reporting standardization and best practices.</li><li>Partner with our internal Analytics team on data set, data model and dashboard prioritization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>7+ years experience performing analytics and reporting for a software sales organization.</li><li>Demonstrated analytical expertise by managing and analyzing large datasets using Power BI and Excel and consistently leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proven ability to construct an executive level presentation, telling a story with data and insights.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to evaluate intake requests, prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Adaptability to navigate evolving landscapes and shifting business priorities.</li><li>Detail orientation coupled with a solutions-focused approach under tight deadlines.</li><li>Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a must.</li><li>Experience with sales CRM systems and data are a must.</li><li>Understanding of the hyperscaler marketplace sales motion a plus.</li></ul>  <h3>Additional Information</h3>Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
