Reporting directly to the Geo Presidents and with a dotted line to the Global SVP of CRM Sales, this role is pivotal in driving CRM solution sales and consulting efforts across the geo. The ideal candidate will leverage a GM mindset and possess a deep understanding of CRM solutions, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across a diverse set of functional teams. This executive will be responsible for driving CRM sales execution leveraging the playbook and key weekly metrics. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>Extensive experience in CRM solution sales and consulting, with a proven track record of success. </li><li>Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. </li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. </li><li>Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the CRM industry. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a global organization. </li><li>Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth. </li><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. </li></ul>  For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $226,950 - $385,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
