We have high expectations and a career at ServiceNow means challenging yourself to always be better. We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Director of Engineering Analytics to drive AI and insights across release management, quality engineering and cloud services.In this role you get to:<ul><li>Lead and scale the team and programs responsible for analytics led value for the engineering teams</li><li>Quantify the value of AI in engineering operations by working with other analytics and engineering teams, and drive the adoption of the AI Control Tower in managing AI use cases across engineering</li><li>Connect product telemetry, technical support and engineering insights to improve visibility to release and product quality</li><li>Deliver insights, scorecards and reporting and analytics across release management, cloud services, SRE and QE functions</li><li>Manage a team of Product Managers, Data Engineers and BI Developers, and collaborate with other supporting analytics teams to deliver insights to optimize engineering processes</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in this role you have:<ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>13+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in the B2B or Enterprise SaaS domains</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience developing and delivering actionable insights for product or engineering management</li><li>7+ years of people management experience, leading or influencing technical teams, preferably with a global remit.</li><li>Ability to communicate with and influence senior business executives and to translate between technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>BA/BS, with preferred concentration in business or a quantitative field; Masters degree preferred but not required.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.</li><li>Passion for and experience in applying AI to business problems in the SaaS product domain.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention.</li></ul>For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $170,300 - $298,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
