This is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of cryptographic security, shaping the future of ServiceNows encryption and key management capabilities while ensuring our customers stay ahead in an evolving security landscape.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum  4+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language</li><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>Experience in using AI Productivity tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, etc. is a plus to have.</li><li>Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Familiarity with cryptography and general security principles is a plus.</li><li>Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue</li><li>Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization</li></ul> FD21  For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $140,700 - $239,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
