In this role, you will lead a team of talented sales engineers to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. As the bridge between our sales and technical teams, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the value of our solutions to prospective clients and ensuring successful implementations.<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers to effectively demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Sentras products and services.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the product team to provide insights from the field and influence the product roadmap to better meet customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for achieving sales objectives.</li><li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to post-sales support.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product development and sales strategies.</li></ul> <ul><li>5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, in the cybersecurity or data management industry.</li><li>Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP and Azure), as well as DevOps tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform. </li><li>Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Deep understanding of data security principles and technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks - an advantage.</li></ul>
