We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth across Germany for SentinelOne’s enterprise sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads through both inbound and outbound outreach. You’ll serve as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations, understanding potential customers’ needs, and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements. We’re looking for someone confident with cold outreach and prospecting, ideally with experience in a Sales Development position. However, we’re also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles. If you’re results-driven, naturally curious, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you. <h3>What will you do? </h3> <ul> <li>Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients.</li> <li>Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.</li> <li>Understand client needs, business models, and key decision-making processes.</li> <li>Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects.</li> <li>Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.</li> <li>Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.</li> <li>Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.</li> <li>Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.</li> <li>Work fully remotely from Germany, and visit our Amsterdam office once per quarter. </li> </ul> <h3>What skills and experience should you bring? </h3> <ul> <li>Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).</li> <li>Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role.</li> <li>Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach.</li> <li>A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).</li> <li>Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.</li> <li>A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.</li> </ul> <h3>Why us?</h3> At SentinelOne, you’ll join a fast-paced, international Sales Development team focused on driving real impact.
