<div><span>The </span><b>Event Marketing Coordinator</b><span> will assist with the planning and execution of owned events, trade shows, and conferences for both AMER and EMEA regions. This role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize event impact. Reporting to the Event Marketing Manager, the Event Marketing Coordinator will assist with event planning, logistics, reporting and execution, ensuring that events drive business growth and strengthen Sensor Tower’s brand presence in the market. Some travel will be required. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Salary: </b>$80,000 - $90,000</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><h3>What the event marketing coordinator will do:</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Event Marketing Manager to build event strategy, business objectives, and marketing goals.</li><li>Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of owned events (summits, happy hours, dinners, workshops), trade shows, and conferencesAssist with the coordination and communications for partner events, focusing on team preparation, marketing assets, and logistics.</li><li>Assist with planning of virtual events, such as webinar programs to engage a broader audience.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to identify key events and opportunities for business development.</li><li>Track and monitor event spending and costs to ensure events stay within budget.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, maintaining clear and consistent communication.</li><li>Work with the marketing team to coordinate and prepare event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.</li><li>Monitor post-event tracking and provide analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Ensure a high level of attendee satisfaction through meticulous planning and execution.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align event goals and messaging.</li><li>Book and manage necessary event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the creative team to design and produce compelling digital and print event assets, aimed at driving registrations and enhancing brand recognition through innovative and thoughtful event design.</li><li>Manage event timelines, ensuring seamless coordination and timely communication across all team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Partner with Event Marketing Manager to maintain comprehensive event planning documents, including planning spreadsheets, pre-production decks, copy documents, nomination/lead trackers, and other essential materials, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.</li></ul><h3>Experience and skills the candidate can bring:</h3><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on B2B events preferred.</li><li>Experience planning and executing successful events, from large conferences to intimate gatherings.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of basic marketing concepts (messaging, branding, product marketing).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support event execution - 25% travel required across AMER and EMEA.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Points For: </h3><ul><li>Experience working specifically in mobile or digital advertising environment</li><li>Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment</li><li>Have developed and managed partnershipsExperience running virtual events</li><li>Experience or familiarity with event management software and reporting tools (Splash, Marketo, Salesforce, Popl)</li></ul>
