You’ll be expected to operate with an extremely high degree of autonomy and be capable of improving critical workflows with limited oversight and lo-fi mocks from designers.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders throughout the company</li> <li>Ship a high-quality improvement to a critical workflow roughly once/quarter <ul> <li>e.g. customer onboarding, how customers triage findings, and how they interact with our AI capabilities</li> </ul> </li> <li>Uplevel frontend excellence across the company <ul> <li>Significant contributor to the long-term strategy of our component library.
