We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Learning &amp; Development Consultant to elevate our talent development initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members are equipped with the advanced skills and knowledge required to excel in Client Services.  Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Innovative Program Design: Develop, implement, and project manage advanced learning and development programs that align with our Sellers Dorsey goals and objectives.</li><li>Technology Utilization: Utilize multiple technologies to drive a variety of projects, support Subject Matter Experts and staff in both Client Servicing and Corporate areas.</li><li>Adult Learning Expertise: Apply in-depth principles of adult learning, instructional design, and talent development to enhance our team’s growth and success.</li><li>Talent Management: Create and implement comprehensive talent management programs focused on Medicaid, politics, and healthcare analysis.</li><li>Consultative Approach: Act as an internal consultant to leaders and key stakeholders, bringing innovative solutions to support the creation of high-performing teams and increasing organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Performance Analysis: Evaluate and address gaps between job performance, job tasks, and Medicaid knowledge.</li><li>Content Expansion: Work cross-functionally to expand Sellers Dorseys existing Medicaid learning content, ensuring alignment with the firm’s mission and vision.</li><li>Strategic Insight: Employ analytical and strategic skills to drive cross-functional Learning &amp; Development initiatives.</li></ul>What Were Looking For<ul><li>A seasoned professional with a strategic mindset who can effectively manage complex projects and collaborations.</li><li>A proactive instructional designer who excels in consulting with stakeholders to bring innovative and effective solutions.</li><li>A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. </li></ul>Key Duties<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement effective training programs using various delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, virtual).</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make strategic recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Facilitate training sessions and ensure effective communication of learning objectives.</li><li>Compile and review data to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives.</li><li>Help manage the overall Learning &amp; Development strategy in alignment with organizational goals. </li></ul>Key Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources or Health Policy.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience designing and delivering Web-based training in a corporate environment.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience working in an instructional design or curriculum developer role.</li><li>Experience delivering Medicaid training programs.</li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.</li><li>Understanding legal language and principles, research methods, processes, and other related matters.  </li><li>Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting. </li><li>Experience in building engaging blended learning programs and tools. </li><li>Ability to engage stakeholders and SMEs in analyzing training needs. </li><li>Able to provide work samples.</li></ul>If you are interested in this opportunity, please include a link to your portfolio in your application. Thank you! Compensation &amp; Benefits  The anticipated salary range for candidates is $79,200/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $95,000/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies &amp; Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 7% of annual salary.  Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short-term disability, long term disability, and basic life. Employees are also able to enroll in Sellers Dorsey’s 401k plan provided they meet plan requirements.  Sellers Dorsey offers a Flexible Time Off that allows employees to use what they need. Additionally, we offer 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid time off for qualifying medical leave, and up to 12 weeks of combined paid parental and bonding leave.
