<div><span><br /></span></div><div><span><strong>About the Role</strong></span></div><div><span><br /></span></div><div><span>Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Product Analyst who will be responsible for the identification of new product opportunities through the assimilation of multiple sources of market, competitive and client information. Upon identification, the Product Analyst will complete an evaluation of the product landscape, including determination of acute problems to solve, potential solution approaches, total addressable market, competitive landscape, resource needs and other areas key to enabling prioritization and decision making by product strategy leadership. </span></div><div><span><br /></span></div><div><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><span> </span><span> </span></div><ul><li><strong>Market Analysis</strong>. Leverage market data, policy research, industry trends, client feedback (formal or informal) and employee innovation to identify potential areas of opportunity for new product development. Assimilate the information to propose prioritization of new product concepts to product development leadership. Develop and maintain database of market information to inform decision making. </li><li><strong>Competitive Analysis</strong>: Examine brands and offerings similar and adjacent to current or pipeline products and services to gain insight into their offerings, branding, sales, and marketing approaches. Use findings to inform product feature/function roadmaps, marketing approaches, proposal responses and overall product strategy. Create and maintain competitor data and coordinate dissemination to business leaders as an input to strategy.</li><li><strong>Product Canvas: </strong>Author product canvas documents for all new pipeline concepts; coordinate updates with product director and managers throughout product development lifecycle. Collaborate with SMEs throughout the organization as necessary and appropriate. </li><li><strong>Product Pipeline Reporting.</strong> Maintain current product pipeline and framework data – create and keep updated, dashboard reporting available to organization. Enable leadership to understand current product concepts and where they are within the framework. </li><li><strong>Conference Attendance.</strong> Attend innovation focused industry conferences as a method of gaining outside-in feedback. Assimilate findings and disseminate for product and data leadership teams.  </li></ul><div><span><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></span><span> </span><span> </span></div><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Product Management, Development, or Business Analysis.</li><li>2-3 years in a product/business analysis role, preferably in the healthcare solutions industry. </li><li>A track-record of assimilating disparate data sources into a digestible and actionable format.</li><li>Experience managing competing priorities.</li><li>Experience with market and competitive research.</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare and/or Medicaid.</li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Office.</li><li>Project management experience is a plus.</li></ul><div><span><strong>Other Requirements</strong></span></div><ul><li>Excellent oral, written and presentation skills</li><li>Intellectually curious – actively seeks new information related to market intelligence and the organization’s work. </li></ul><div><span><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></span><span> </span></div><div><span><br /></span></div><div><span><span>The anticipated salary range for candidates is $65,400</span><span><span>/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $85,000</span></span><span><span>/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies &amp; Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to </span><span>7</span></span><span>% of annual salary.</span></span><span> </span></div><div><span><br /></span></div><div><span>Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short-term disability, long term disability, and basic life.
