Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Test Lead (QA Lead) to coordinate and oversee software testing activities within an Agile test service project , a leading e-commerce group with multiple web and mobile platforms across Turkey and international markets.
  • Coordinate testing activities across manual testers and automation testers
  • Ensure sprint testing milestones are met 
  • Support backlog refinement and test case preparation (Azure Test Plans, Azure Boards)
  • Oversee and contribute to automation testing (Gauge framework preferred)
  • Review and approve sprint test results and test reports (PowerPoint)
  • Ensure compliance with the client’s SLA, timelines, and reporting formats

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer role
  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards & Test Plans)
  • Experience with Gauge, Selenium, or similar test automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Postman, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus

Additional Information

  • This is a part-time freelance/contractor role, ideal for a hands-on QA professional who can manage both manual and automation testers, track sprint progress, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of test output.

  • Approx. 2–3 hours/day, workload focused around sprint transitions (Mon–Fri)
  • Must be available during key deployment windows (Prod releases, sprint close)
  • Must coordinate with both local and remote test engineers
