The role involves planning, risk management, and ensuring project delivery within quality, cost, deadline, and performance (QCDP) objectives.Your main activities will be :<ul><li>Leading and manage powertrain serial life activities projects.</li><li>Organize and facilitate project review meetings with stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.</li><li>Identify risks and critical project issues, implementing solutions.</li><li>Ensure alignment with QCDP (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) goals.</li><li>Oversee technical and economic aspects of the project.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success.</li><li>Report project status and updates to management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>Required Skills:<ul><li>Experience in automotive project management, preferably in powertrain development.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant position</li><li>Strong understanding of powertrain systems (software interpretation GMP structure, functionality, etc.).</li><li>Good understanding of PWT Calibration</li><li>Proven ability to manage technical and financial aspects of projects.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.</li><li>Ability to analyze and mitigate project risks.</li><li>Fluent in  English (able to understand technical documentation in both).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with client-specific tools (e.g., LUP) is a plus</li><li>Previous experience as a Software Project Leader is a plus</li></ul>The activity will be conducted in a hybrid working model.<h3>Additional Information</h3>Our world is dynamic, full of opportunities and our clients and colleagues constantly inspire us.
