Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic energy transition projects for one of our clients in the automotive industry. This role is embedded in the Renewable Energy department and focuses on the deployment of energy autonomy solutions at the industrial level.

As a key actor in the company’s decarbonization roadmap, you will oversee complex multi-site projects from pre-study to commissioning, with a strong focus on planning, coordination, governance, and technical and regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the Energy Autonomy Roadmap 2025/2030 in close collaboration with plant-level Energy Managers and Master Planning teams.
• Support new project proposals, ensure alignment with corporate decarbonization goals, and participate in project governance with the Decision Committee.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications; manage RFQs and coordinate engineering firms and contractors.
• Ensure that all projects meet investment, performance, and cost targets, with clear milestone tracking and reporting.
• Manage regulatory compliance (e.g., grid connection, environmental permits) and interface with public authorities as needed.
• Oversee project commissioning and implementation across multiple sites.
• Lead post-project reviews, documenting lessons learned to improve internal processes and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in project management within the industrial or energy sector.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a structured, performance-driven way.
• Familiarity with energy infrastructure, grid regulations, and permitting processes (technical expertise is appreciated but not mandatory).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in international and matrix environments.
• Strong analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
