Our jobs are open to everyone, regardless of gender, social and cultural background, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or disability.<h3>Descrierea locului de muncă</h3><ul><li>Participates in the creation of the vehicle architecture, ensuring a balance between product, process, performance, and design, while respecting processes and standards, and securing an optimal compromise between quality, cost, and timing.</li><li>Coordinates the construction of the architecture and the search for solutions within their area, in accordance with the vehicle plan, while ensuring compliance with assembly and disassembly constraints.</li><li>Ensures that all vehicle components are correctly integrated.</li><li>Aligns the team’s activities with the company’s strategy, acting as a leader.</li><li>Guides the team in managing changes and innovations necessary for the company’s progress.</li><li>Ensures the consistent application of engineering processes and standards.</li><li>Develops an action plan for the architecture, for each function, according to the project schedule, providing all necessary numerical and physical elements.</li><li>Applies construction and architectural planning standards.</li><li>Coordinates and validates the integration of components in their area, using numerical and physical models.</li><li>Builds and updates the digital model of their area, in compliance with design and control rules (RCC).</li><li>Oversees the delivery of architectural deliverables for their area (plans, allocated volumes, interface sheets, standard sections, dimension chains, RCC checks), in collaboration with the development team.</li><li>Documents issues in LUP / JIRA.</li><li>Prepares and coordinates meetings for reviewing architectural milestones.</li><li>Leads architecture meetings.</li><li>Requests, during architecture and project meetings, solutions for problems requiring decisions, taking into account quality, cost, and timing aspects.</li><li>Reports progress using standard indicators.</li><li>Manages deviation requests (RCC).</li></ul><h3>Calificări</h3><ul><li>Experience in designing and validating parts and modules using RCC/RTC, BMIR, ASK2, STYP.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of CATIA V6.</li><li>Experience in designing and validating dimension chains and establishing the isostatism of parts</li><li>Familiarity with validation methods, including numerical or physical reassembly and PO50</li><li>Experience in managing the architecture of parts and modules, including their meshing</li><li>Communication skills: structuring and summarizing information.</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle architecture principles, ensuring the best compromise between Quality, Cost, Delivery time, and Performance (QCDP)</li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional events, such as stand-ups, work package meetings </li><li>Ability to define and track action plans to achieve objectives</li><li>Experience in vehicle architecture, including the creation of OUV openings</li><li>Knowledge of engineering standards and deviation processes, NDL and NRL.</li><li>Advanced level of English/French.</li></ul><h3>Informații suplimentare</h3>Our world is dynamic, full of opportunities and our clients and colleagues constantly inspire us.
