We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager at SeekOut, you will own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of both commercial and SMB customers in the US market. This includes direct responsibility for adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion across your accounts.  You will serve as a strategic advisor to recruiting and HR leaders who rely on SeekOut’s AI-powered talent intelligence platform to attract, retain, and grow top talent. Your role is central to helping customers achieve outcomes aligned with their talent goals while driving long-term account value. This is a night-shift role (US hours), and recent experience working in US time zones is mandatory. The position is Bangalore-based and requires in-office presence at least three days per week.  What you will be doing: Customer Lifecycle Ownership  <ul> <li>Manage onboarding, adoption, and value delivery for Commercial and SMB accounts </li> <li>Drive proactive engagement through check-ins, adoption plans, and milestone reviews </li> <li>Build strong relationships with day-to-day users and recruiting ops stakeholders </li> </ul> Renewals, Retention &amp; Expansion  <ul> <li>Support renewal forecasting and participate in renewal discussions for assigned accounts </li> <li>Collaborate with Senior CSMs and Managers to identify and act on expansion signals </li> <li>Monitor usage and engagement to reduce churn risk proactively </li> </ul> Product Guidance &amp; Enablement  <ul> <li>Coach users on search, Boolean, outreach, projects, analytics, and integrations </li> <li>Deliver product training sessions that tie SeekOut functionality to recruiting workflows </li> <li>Share best practices and serve as the customer’s day-to-day advisor on platform usage</li> </ul> Risk Management &amp; Escalations  <ul> <li>Track account health using internal tools (Gainsight, Salesforce, etc.) </li> <li>Flag and act on early warning signs (low usage, inactive users, lack of value) </li> <li>Partner with Support and Product teams to drive timely resolution of issues </li> </ul> Internal Collaboration  <ul> <li>Share structured feedback with Product and CS Ops to improve usability and experience </li> <li>Collaborate with Enablement on content and assets to support adoption at scale </li> <li>Participate in internal learning sessions to level up product and CS skills </li> </ul> What you should have:   <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS company </li> <li>Experience working with U.S.-based customers; U.S. shift experience preferred </li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially in virtual settings </li> <li>Exposure to Commercial or SMB segments and ability to manage a high-volume book </li> <li>Understanding of recruiting workflows and/or sourcing tools is a plus </li> <li>Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, and customer success platforms preferred </li> <li>Bachelors degree mandatory, and Master’s degree an added advantage. </li> <li>Based in Bangalore with the ability to work 3 days/week in office </li> </ul> You will be a great culture fit if you are:   <ul> <li>Highly motivated; a self-starter who enjoys the fast-paced startup environment, is innovative, adaptive, and comfortable with ambiguity</li> <li>Coachable with an insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn</li> <li>Collaborative, yet competitive and tenacious</li> </ul> What We Offer  <ul> <li>Competitive compensation with performance incentives and ESOPs </li> <li>Work with cutting-edge AI products in a high-growth startup </li> <li>Career growth opportunities into Senior CSM or Strategic roles </li> <li>Collaborative, inclusive, and learning-driven culture </li> <li>Direct impact on customers recruiting outcomes and platform success </li> </ul> SeekOut: SeekOut is a high-growth, startup with headquarters in the Pacific Northwest.
