You’ll play a key role in initiating conversations, presenting Seedify’s value proposition, and working with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into our platform.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Lead Generation &amp; Outreach</b></div><div>- Research and identify early-stage Web3 projects across various verticals (DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, etc.).</div><div>- Reach out to project founders via cold messaging, events, and Web3 community networks.</div><div>- Build a pipeline of quality project leads using tools like Slack, Notion and Jira.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Sales Support &amp; Engagement</b></div><div>- Present Seedify’s offerings clearly and confidently to potential partners.</div><div>- Handle early sales conversations, gather project requirements, and assess potential fit.</div><div>- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure clear communication and follow-ups.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Onboarding Coordination</b></div><div>- Use Slack, Notion, Jira, and Telegram to help organize onboarding workflows.</div><div>- Assist with scheduling, document collection, and internal team coordination.</div><div>- Ensure all project details are logged and handed over correctly to the relevant departments.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Web3 Knowledge &amp; Market Awareness</b></div><div>- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Launchpads, IDO models, and fundraising trends.</div><div>- Contribute insights on ecosystem opportunities, project quality, and industry shifts.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>What You Bring</b></div><div>- Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech startups).</div><div>- A good understanding of Web3, tokenomics, launchpads, and fundraising dynamics.</div><div>- Analytical and Adaptable Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing project viability (e.g., using data-driven insights and relevant tools) and adapting strategies to evolving Web3 landscapes, with a target of improving lead-to-onboard conversion rates.</div><div>- Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to initiate conversations with founders, present Seedify’s value proposition, and build long-term partnerships</div><div>- Strong web3 connections.</div><div>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div><div>- Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through.</div><div>- Comfortable using platforms like Notion, Jira, and Telegram.</div><div>- Self-motivated and excited about working in a fast-paced, decentralized team.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Bonus Points For</b></div><div>- Prior experience working at a launchpad, incubator, or blockchain advisory.</div><div>- Strong presence on Twitter.</div><div>- Familiarity with smart contracts.</div><div>- 3-5 years in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably within the blockchain, Web3, or tech startup space, with a proven track record of identifying and converting high-potential leads.</div><div>- Familiarity with venture capital and/or fundraising analysis</div>
