<div>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding web2 and web3 gaming content creators, managing campaigns for/with them, as well as onboarding crypto KOLs. This role requires a deep understanding of the web3 landscape and a proven track record of working in this space.</div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities:</div><div> </div><div>Always look for and onboard web2 and web3 gaming content creators, fostering strong relationships.</div><div>Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute impactful campaigns.</div><div>Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.</div><div>In addition to working with gamer CCs, identify and onboard crypto KOLs to expand our network and reach within the crypto community.</div><div>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web3 marketing and influencer relations.</div><div>Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing, and content managers.</div><div> </div><div>Requirements:</div><div> </div><div>Proven experience in web3, preferably in a similar role involving influencer management and campaign execution.</div><div>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.</div><div>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.</div><div>Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.</div><div>Highly organized with excellent project management skills.</div><div>Existing network within the web3 and gaming communities is a significant advantage.</div><div>Passion for gaming and crypto is a plus.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Location: Remote</div><div><span>Employment Type: Full-time</span></div><div><br /></div>
