About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager for our Platform team — a strategic, hands-on leader who will own the foundational systems that power our products. Youll lead a highly skilled team of backend, infrastructure, and full-stack engineers focused on building scalable services, improving developer velocity, and enabling teams to deliver great customer experiences. The role is based in Austin,TX and requires you to work in our Austin office (currently close to UT Austin) 3 days per week. This role is both people and technology-focused: you’ll coach and grow engineers, while also guiding complex technical initiatives around micro-services architecture, distributed systems, infrastructure, and automation. The estimated total compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range.
