With that growth, the volume and complexity of our Accounts Payable (AP) activities have also increased. Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Senior AP Specialist will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice coding, vendor payments, and purchase order maintenance, while also supporting compliance processes for T&amp;E and corporate card spend.</p> <h3><strong>What youll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Review all invoices received, determine appropriate general ledger coding, and enter invoices into our AP tool (Zip) with required supporting documentation</li> <li>Partner with business stakeholders to route invoices for approval and follow up to ensure timely processing</li> <li>Facilitate weekly payment runs, helping ensure vendors are paid accurately and on schedule</li> <li>Maintain and update purchase orders, collaborating with procurement and business teams to resolve discrepancies</li> <li>Provide support on travel &amp; expense (T&amp;E) and corporate credit card spend compliance, including reviewing, coding, and ensuring adherence to company policies</li> <li>Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice or payment issues, including discrepancies, past due amounts, and credits</li> <li>Archive invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring adherence to audit and compliance requirements</li> <li>Assist with month-end close by reconciling AP-related accounts and providing supporting schedules</li> <li>Participate in financial and regulatory audits by gathering and presenting AP documentation</li> <li>Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within AP operations</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)</li> <li>3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting function</li> <li>Familiarity with credit card expense, invoice management and ERP systems; experience with Brex, Zip and Netsuite preferred</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across business teams</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Perks</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Equity stake</li> <li>Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely</li> <li>A WFH stipend to support your home office setup</li> <li>Unlimited PTO</li> <li>Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave </li> <li>401(k) matching program</li> <li>Student loan support resources</li> <li>Health, vision, dental, and life insurance</li> <li>Up to $25k towards family building and reproductive health services</li> <li>Gender-affirming care support program</li> <li>$500 per year for wellness expenses</li> <li>Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical</li> <li>$120 per month to spend on tickets to live events</li> <li>Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music</li> </ul> <p> </p> <hr /> <p><em>The salary range for this role is $64,000 - $93,000 USD.
