This is a high-visibility role for someone with a strong consulting background and a track record in client portfolio management, project coordination and financial control โ€” ready to elevate their career within a fast-paced, international environment.

What you will do

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing relationships with strategic clients, with a focus on international accounts

  • Leading projects end-to-end: from kickoff to delivery, including planning (Gantt), resource allocation, and timeline monitoring

  • Overseeing budgeting, financial control and profitability of assigned projects

  • Acting as the key point of contact for the client across countries, ensuring alignment, satisfaction and business growth

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (delivery team, staffing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution

  • Identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities and working with the sales team to expand the client portfolio

  • Traveling internationally for client meetings, workshops, and account management activities

๐Ÿง  What you bring

  • 6โ€“7+ years of total experience, with at least 3โ€“4 years in a similar role (e.g. Account, Engagement Manager)

  • Proven experience in consulting firms or fast-paced project-based environments

  • Experience in managing international clients or projects across countries

  • Confidence in working with EPM-oriented clients and high-value portfolios

  • Strong skills in Team and account management (Sales activities, program and roadmap coordination, resource allocation)

  • Solid understanding of project financials, margins and resource planning

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders

  • Fluent in English โ€“ both written and spoken โ€“ and comfortable in international contexts

  • Willingness to travel abroad when required
