Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (Commercial agreements, Privacy matters, labor law, corporate governance etc.)</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with external parties (external counsel, vendors, potential customers etc.).</li><li>Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights ( including employment agreements/amendments to employment agreements, ESOP grant letters, agreements with customers, NDAs, etc’)</li><li>Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues</li><li>Manage all international legal aspects with the external legal firms of our subsidiaries </li><li>Manage a legal team of 1–2 in-house counsels</li><li>Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization</li><li>Creating processes and procedures to help support a rapidly growing, global business.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor of Laws degree from a leading university and a qualified lawyer in Israel - Must. </li><li>10+ years of commercial and corporate experience, from a leading Israeli law firm with High tech expertise, out of which at least 3 years in a General Counsel or Deputy GC role at a high-growth technology company - Must.  </li><li>Fluent in English and Hebrשew (both verbal and written) in a mother language level - Must.</li><li>Prior experience working with large multinational customers and partners;</li><li>Strong knowledge of SaaS, open-source licensing, and commercial law.</li><li>Excellent and extensive drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail, and strategic thinking, as well as solid experience in reviewing, commenting, and providing advice on commercial contracts</li><li>Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.</li><li>Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills across all channels - Required</li><li>Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance.</li><li>Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, and poise. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours and days</li><li>Ability to work effectively remotely</li><li>Strong work ethics and ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through on numerous projects simultaneously.</li></ul>
