If youre ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Lead and supervise the Paint Shop production team to meet daily operational goals and quality standards.</li> <li>Implement corporate production policies, safety protocols, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.</li> <li>Manage production activities in the Paint Shop, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality.</li> <li>Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to team members to meet production targets and improve performance.</li> <li>Ensure paint application processes, equipment utilization, and material flow support consistent production output.</li> <li>Evaluate team member performance and drive continuous improvement through feedback, training, and development.</li> <li>Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.</li> <li>Optimize use of personnel, materials, and equipment to achieve maximum productivity and minimal downtime.</li> <li>Train and develop hourly team members to grow their technical and operational capabilities.</li> <li>Learn and integrate Scout Motors’ operational principles and culture into daily operations.</li> <li>Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including occupational health and safety.</li> <li>Oversee the overall quality in your department, ensuring adherence to OEM standards and customer requirements. Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain the highest quality standards.</li> <li>Quickly identify and resolve production challenges—including quality defects, equipment disruptions, and staffing issues—to minimize downtime and sustain optimal output levels.</li> <li>Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment.
