If youre ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Implement containment actions short / long-term to address any deviations from the design of the vehicle / quality of parts.</li> <li>Address equipment and communication issues promptly to minimize production delays.</li> <li>Ensure seamless integration between production, maintenance, and other relevant departments.</li> <li>Facilitate regular meetings between teams to discuss ongoing challenges and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in body production and maintenance.</li> <li>Conduct cross-departmental analysis of product launches to identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Recognize and rectify bottleneck situations to optimize production flow.</li> <li>Provide instruction and guidance on required techniques and regulations.</li> <li>Track and coordinate special build events within the Pilot Hall body Team.</li> <li>Provide support to production teams to help achieve production goals. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with the body production and maintenance teams.</li> <li>Support the fostering of a collaborative and inclusive work environment.</li> </ul>     Location &amp; Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require daily attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Columbia, SC.
