If youre ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>Overview</h4> The Specialist, Real Estate Project Management will support the Director of Real Estate &amp; Facilities Management in coordinating and tracking the execution of multiple real estate initiatives across Scout’s portfolio. This role will serve as a project management support function, helping to monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across functions such as Security, IT, Facilities, EHS, and Workplace Experience. The Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring new facilities are brought online on schedule, lease and portfolio data are accurate, and leadership has clear visibility into progress and risks. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive, collaborative approach. <h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <h4>Project Coordination and Tracking</h4> <ul> <li>Support the Director by tracking all active real estate site searches, buildout projects, and occupancy readiness activities.</li> <li>Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and standardized processes to ensure consistency across projects.</li> <li>Coordinate project milestones with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Security, Facilities, EHS, Workplace Experience) and escalate risks or delays to the Director.</li> <li>Assist in ensuring all required contracts, services, and vendors are in place prior to facility opening.</li> </ul> <h4>Portfolio &amp; Lease Administration Support</h4> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records of the company’s real estate portfolio, including lease terms, renewal dates, occupancy levels, and key obligations.</li> <li>Support tracking of portfolio metrics and space utilization data for reporting and planning purposes.</li> <li> Assist in monitoring compliance with lease obligations in coordination with Finance and Legal.</li> </ul> <h4>Reporting &amp; Communication</h4> <ul> <li>Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership on project status, risks, and portfolio performance.</li> <li>Support clear communication of project timelines, milestones, and operational readiness updates to stakeholders.</li> <li>Maintain centralized documentation and knowledge management for real estate and facilities projects.</li> </ul> <h4>Process Improvement &amp; Standardization</h4> <ul> <li>Help document and standardize processes for bringing new locations online.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and reporting practices for greater efficiency and transparency.</li> <li>Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure consistency in execution across multiple simultaneous projects.</li> </ul> Headquarters Development &amp; Transition <ul> <li>Serve as a member of the cross-functional team responsible for planning and delivering Scout’s new corporate headquarters.</li> <li>Support the Director in tracking the progress of interior construction, fit-out, and tenant improvements, as well as Scout IT, Security, and Workplace Services readiness.</li> <li>Support the occupancy and move-in strategy, including logistics planning, change management, communications, and employee onboarding into the new space.</li> </ul> Location &amp; Travel Expectations: <ul> <li>This role will be based out of the future Scout Motors corporate headquarters, which is anticipated to be identified in 2025. This role may be remote to start but will transition to an in-office setting at the headquarters after the location is determined. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.</li> <li>The responsibilities of this role require attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly. </li> <li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li> <li>Travel: Domestic and international travel required, up to 50% of the time.
