Reporting to the Sr. Director, Employee Experience, this role will collaborate with other Human Resources team functions as well as across the business with a focus on driving forward initiatives to enhance the experience of employees throughout the organization. <h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Support execution of strategic initiatives throughout the business utilizing centralized project management</li> <li>Develop guiding principles and tools for employee resource groups (ERGs) and support founding members in launching new groups</li> <li>Drive effectiveness of ERGs through process and program creation such as budgeting and executive sponsorships</li> <li>Collaborate across the People team to build and execute programming in support of the company strategy</li> <li>Serve as point person across the company for any questions or suggestions regarding the company’s employee experience initiatives</li> <li>Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that enhance workplace morale and productivity.</li> <li>Lead initiatives that promote a strong company culture, including recognition programs, belonging efforts and wellness activities.</li> <li>Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and partner with stakeholders to develop and implement an appropriate action plan to address concerns</li> <li>Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate engagement strategies into broader business objectives.</li> <li>Organize events, workshops, and training programs that reinforce company values and employee development.</li> <li>Monitor and report on key engagement metrics, providing insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on matters related to company culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and core values</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and workplace culture.</li> <li>Establish a Scout Ambassador program to support internal and external talent objectives.</li> <li>Key member of the Scout Legacy Project to reinforce our culture of “Respect” of people, land, air, water and our communities</li> </ul> Location &amp; Travel Expectations:   <ul> <li>This role will be based out of the future Scout Motors corporate headquarters, which is anticipated to be identified in 2025. This role may be remote to start but will transition to an in-office setting at the headquarters after the location is determined and you are expected to relocate at such time.
